PRP Management Staff
Mr. Rolfes, a managing partner at PRP, has over 30 years of varied and extensive experience in the real estate and property management field. Rolfes has been involved with the design, development and management of more than 60 self storage and RV storage facilities in Southern California.
Rolfes implements a comprehensive approach to the management of all property assets under PRP’s portfolio. His team utilizes strict budget controls, operational transparency, and advanced technology to measure each asset’s performance. His results-driven philosophy has established PRP Storage as the premiere property management company for self-storage owners and investors. Rolfes holds a B.S. degree in engineering from Colorado State University, and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and General Contractor.
Mr. Adnams is uniquely suited to the tasks of identifying diverse needs of clients and the property they operate, offering individual solutions efficiently, thoroughly and professionally. His goals for the company continue to be providing the highest level of professional client service and to diversify the company’s services in the real estate field.
Adnams is responsible for the overall management and administration of PRP and has been focused, and successful in increasing occupancies and maintaining tenant retention of the properties it professionally manages throughout Southern California. With more than 30 years in the design, development and real estate field, Adnams has a broad range of project experience focusing on self-storage and retail development. Prior to co-founding Progressive Realty, he was a founding principal of a prominent Southern California Design Build firm, where he managed and directed the architectural planning and entitlement services of more than 50 self-storage facilities throughout the western United States.
Cindy Schriver | Principal
Cindy Schriver joined Progressive Realty Partners in 2005. During her tenure, Ms. Schriver has been responsible for all aspects of PRP’s property management services. Ms. Schriver is also the Chief Financial Officer of Trico Capital Investments, Inc, its in-house development and asset management company. Prior to Progressive Realty Partners, Ms. Schriver has over 20 years experience in accounting, financial planning and reporting, holding numerous managerial positions in the high tech and manufacturing industries.
Ms. Schriver holds a B.A. in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA in Finance from California State University, Los Angeles.
Rick Jansen| Director of Operations
Rick Jansen joined Progressive Realty Partners as the Director of Operations in 2019. Mr. Jansen is responsible for the performance of the self-storage operations. He has over 15 years of management experience in self-storage operations working with one of the largest national self-storage REITS in the industry. Prior to his experience in self-storage, Mr. Jansen was the Vice President of Operations for a container recycling company with facilities located throughout California.
Mr. Jansen holds a B.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from Chapman University.
Jim Moore | Controller
Jim joined PRP in June of 2018. As Controller he oversees Accounting, Human Resources, and IT. He has over 25 years of experience working for a variety of companies of different sizes and industries.
Jim has a BS in Accounting from CSUDH, an MBA in Finance from CSULB, and a CPA (Inactive) License in the state of California. Jim is a life-long Southern California resident.
James Wofford| District Manager
James Wofford joined the Progressive Realty Partners team in 2018 with over 17 years of experience in Facilities Management and District Leadership. Mr. Wofford’s position leads a portfolio of self-storage facilities in Southern California and Southeast Florida
James is very analytical, intuitive and results-driven individual with a solid foundation in solving complex issues, streamlining processes and building and retaining high-performing teams. With his experience in Retail Management and Facilities consulting his TEK (Team, Execution, Keep it Simple) approach has made him a successful leader.
Mr. Wofford graduated from Central Michigan University with a BA in Finance. He also is actively involved with his sons in the Boy Scouts of America as a leader at the Troop and District levels. Additionally, he is also the Chairperson for Acacia’s Elementary Annual talent show.
