PRINCIPALS
Doug Wetton A graduate of the University of Southern California with broad experience in the acquisition of apartments and shopping centers in both Southern and Northern California, Mr. Wetton is a specialist in property acquisition, leasing, managing and construction. Since 1986, he has worked for some of the most prestigious development firms in Southern California, among them Grubb & Ellis, The Brookhollow Group, Bollenbacher & Kelton, Inc., Pacific Land Brokerage and most recently Progressive Realty Partners, Inc. He has been a licensed California real estate broker since 1992 and has been a Certified Shopping Center Manager and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 1988. During his career he cofounded his own real estate brokerage company. Pacific Land Brokerage, who successfully acquired apartment buildings and shopping centers, and handled 2,000,000 square feet of tenant lease transactions. His acquisition and management credits also have included office buildings and mobile-home parks. Among Mr. Wetton\'s most recent successful projects are the acquisition, syndication, rehabilitation and management of 350 Southland apartment units that he currently owns and operates.
Barry Adnams Mr. Adnams, an architect with over 25 years of experience in the Southern California market, is involved in all areas of architectural design, site selection, land use planning, production and management of major products. Among these have been retail centers, office complexes, auto dealerships, R & D, and numerous self-storage facilities. With his extensive experience in governmental agency entitlement, he is able to overcome the design challenges associated with strict design ordinances of planning departments and neighborhood associations. Mr Adnams is uniquely suited to the tasks of identifying diverse needs of clients and offering individual solutions efficiently, thoroughly and professionally. Since partnering with Michael Rolfes to create CCA Associates, a progressive design-build firm located in Newport Beach, Mr Adnams has been responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships and design management.
Michael Rolfes With more than a quarter century of varied and extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries, Mr. Rolfes has been involved with the design, development and construction of more than 10 million square feet of commercial and multifamily projects in Southern California. A construction management graduate of Colorado State University, he has the overall responsibility for all new development and construction operations undertaken by Trico Development, Inc.. Additionally, Mr. Rolfes is a principal with CCA Associates, Inc., a leading Southern California architectural and construction firm. Before establishing his design / build firm, he served as a senior project manager with the leading Southland firms of Lucas Development Co. and Sares Regis. As a co-founder of Trico Development, Inc. (with his partners Barry Adnams and Doug Wetton), Mr. Rolfes has emphasized an all-inclusive approach to client service, in which Trico brings to each project broad firsthand experience in the areas of property management, construction, architectural planning and execution, and site acquisition. In projects throughout the Southland, Mr. Rolfes has managed and directed the, procurement, processing, budgeting, installation and cost control of all development and construction operations. He is a California State Licensed General Contractor and a California Real Estate Broker. In a highly competitive market, his global understanding of the real estate development process, from use entitlement to property management, sets him apart as a leader in the industry.
